It has been almost 2 weeks since my holiday started. What I've done so far:

1. Watched Ally McBeal; both season four and season five.
2. Trying to finish Grey's Anatomy, which I stopped at season three, up to latest season.
3. Catch both Gossip Girl and America's Next Top Model every Wednesday.

It is so good to have PPStream which makes me a lot like a couch potato. Mum has always nagged me to fully utilize the big field right in front of my house. to jog. Sigh. I used to jog but now I'd rather sit still and enjoy watching drama.

Haha.

I have my FYP to do. This holiday should be the time where I look for journals to read and start compiling informations. I have yet started on anything. Looking for one good motivation now. =)

Hello people!

Sorry. Been away for too long. Thanks to final examination which takes away my life temporary. I'll be back for more after this and *jeng jeng jeng* my three months holiday starting in 5 days time! Yay!!!

I finally found the joy and the fun in staring at my laptop. Stare and do nothing but stare.

I was telling him how I wish all my lecture notes are written on his face. This way will definitely keep me in focus. Not a good idea, he said.

FOCUS FOCUS!!!!

It is Neurobiology and follow by Protein & Proteomics, next.

Two Five Four

I guess things are not as easy as few months back when we still have something to look forward to. But, I know, you'll always try to make things easier for me for the reason of cheering me up.

I do, in fact, have something to look forward to, everyday, especially when I am done with classes: that is our webcam session which always makes me feel like you are just a screen away from me. So far yet so near.

Still wondering when will both of us get together again....

I miss you, even though you're just a screen away right now.

Two Five Three

The whole weekend was crazy for me and my fellow housemates.

13 weeks of assignment, Neurobiology poster was completed in about 5 hours.

Drove all the way to Ipoh to get the poster printed. Had super heavy dinner with the girls and ended up in Jusco, Ipoh.

Us at Lancôme roadshow where I was told that I start to have fine lines around my eyes area. Wrinkles at such young age. Sigh.

Usual routine on Friday.

Saturday morning: to Ipoh again to pickup our posters. All of us were relieved to know that it's done and can focus on incoming tests.

Saturday night only to realized the huge mistake we have done in our poster. Was in dilemma; whether to redo or not. Decision was made that is not to redo as no printing shop opens on Sunday. Was devastated. And you were there for me. Thank you.

Sunday morning about 11am, was told that there is one printing shop available but only if we could send in our work by 1.30pm.

Alamak, mana boleh?! When everything started from zero, we needed about 5 hours to get things done and not to mention none of us are familiar with photoshop software. But, we gave it a try anyway.

New poster was done at about 2.30pm. Drove around Kampar area and found this advertising company. Called and this guy came all the way from Ipoh just to look at the size of our poster (apparently he doesn't know how big is 1184mm x 841mm). He said he couldn't do such big poster.

We thought : that was it. The wrongly done poster has to be presented anyway.

Monday morning: All thanks to my group members who never give up in everyway; we managed to get someone who actually promise to get our poster printed on time.

Yea, so much of being on time. We got our poster half an hour late and thank God we were in time for presentation session.

Presentation lasted only for 5 minutes because the lecturer was rushing to go home, I guess.

Lesson learnt: Never do last minute assignment.

I started to believe in karma already.

This is me after presentation and photo session with my coursemates; tired, dirty and ugly.

Two Five One

[Updated]

I woke up this morning and did a short revision on my bed. This was the position of my pillow.



After revising, I had my usual bangun pagi-gosok gigi-cuci muka routine, I decided to put my pillow in a proper position.



To my horror, I spotted a small, blackish lizard on the wall, right where my pillow was. Fear that it might jump onto my bed, I moved my bed slightly further away from the wall and shoo the lizard.

It went underneath my wardrobe instead.

I didn't scream this time. Dared not, maybe; because I did not want to wake my housemates up early in the morning for this small matter.

A part of me wished that he was here.

I miss you.

The lizard came out from the wardrobe and lingered around my study table area. Just when I decided to ignore it, it came out again and was moving back to the wardrobe.

I don't know what strikes me this time to kill it. I grabbed the nearest magazine and hit it right on the floor.

Hah! It got squashed completely.

Super happy right now.

He is right. I do not need him to bust the lizard for me. Instead, it is the support from him I need to bust the lizard myself.

Sorry.

I have been pretty busy to update this blog. Another 5 weeks to final examination. Second mid term test will start next week. Baby is leaving in less than a week. Stress and emo betul.

Urgh! Still owe those photos taken in Melbourne.

I'll be back when I feel like to.

Two Four Eight

This is how enthusiastic I was before going to Melbourne.

Everything started from day 48; from the moment flight ticket purchase was confirmed.

From day 48 to a month.

Mai di ka (merdeka) for final examination.

I had these posted on the notice board in my room and I remember how the decrease in the number of days left always made me smile.

I love having something to be looked forward to.

I miss doing such countdown.
